Our Terms & Conditions

All sales are considered final, unless a special circumstance prevails.

This special circumstance would be:

The item can be returned within 30 days of receipt, re packed in its original shipping box, unless the shipping box was too damaged in shipping, then use a correct double walled corrugated shipping box, and properly packed and protected so that the unit cannot move/shift inside the box and MUST be insured to the full invoice value.

Once the unit has been received by us and checked out, a refund, less a 10% return fee, will be issued.

If the unit was damaged during shipping back to us, the insurance must be claimed by the buyer.

Once repair costs have been established, these MUST be paid by the buyer from the insurance claim or out of their pocket. If the buyer refuses to pay for the repairs, relevant legal actions will be taken by Erhard Audio.

All shipping and packaging cost are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns are NOT accepted after 30 days from receipt of the unit.

Payment terms.

Full payment of the unit is required against the invoice sent by Erhard Audio. Unitl payment is received, Erhard Audio will not start on the build.

If Erhard Audio is booked out for a period of more than 2 months, a 70% down payment is required when placing the order. The balance of 30% plus shipping will be due when the unit is ready to ship out.

Warranty.

Erhard Audio warrants each unit for a period of 2 years, tubes for a period of 6 months.

Erhard Audio will cover all costs, such return shipping, labor and parts for that period of 2 years.

Exceptions for warranty are as follows.

A) If any modifications or changes have been done by the end user, this will void ALL warranties.

B) If as a result of tube swapping the unit gets damaged, this will void ALL warranties.

C) If the unit gets damaged because of miss handling by the end user, this will void ALL warranties.

All of the above terms & conditions are final and not negotiable.
