Decoris

Decoris is our brand new single ended stereo amp using two 2A3 triode output tubes, driven by a pair of 12AT7 dual triode. Decoris replaces our model Ray SE amp.

With Decoris, we've diverged away from our usual pcb design and are using point to point wiring.

The only exception is a small pcb for the regulated solid state DC filament supply for the 12AT7.

We are also using a tube rectifier, the 5AR4, instead of a solid state regulated high voltage B+ supply.

We've gone this way with Decoris to build a more 'traditional' old school single ended amp.

The result is an amazing sounding 2A3 SE amp delivering 4W.

The output transformers as well as the power supply choke are Lundahl.

The power transformer is made by Edcor, as Lundahl does not yet have a suitable power transformer for the 2A3 family of tubes.

Decoris is build to order and will take 6-8 weeks to build and ship.

Every Decoris amp comes with your choice of chassis wood and plate colors.
