Orders

To place an order, please send an e-mail with your requirement/s and full shipping address to erhardaudio@gmail.com and we will send you an invoice.

Shipping to the lower 48 will be added, depending on the piece/s you have ordered.

As Lundahl offers many sub types of their OPT's, Interstage and chokes, these are generally made to order, click here for the comprehensive list of sub-types. Production time is around 4-6 weeks.

Most of the other transformers, such as microphone, SUT's etc. are on hand in Sweden and with time, we'll be holding more and more stock oursleves.

PLEASE NOTE:
All our invoices are due on receipt, irrespective of if we can ship ex stock or if your order has to be made and shipped from Sweden.

Your order will not be placed with Sweden until the invoice has been paid in full, we appreciate your understanding. Any invoices which remain unpaid for 1 week will be cancelled.

Quantity or $ value discounts of 10+ units are also available, please inquire.

Order cancellations and returns:

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel the order for a full refund.

However, unfortunately, due to abuse of our returns policy and us having lost money, we can no longer accept returns on shipped transformers.

The ONLY exceptions are where a transformer/s has been damaged in transit to you, or there is a possible manufacturing fault with the transformer.
