Re: new PAS loudness control
I installed the loudness control in my Aikido equipped PAS. Very nice bump in bass and treble at low volume. Hi all, I have added pcb dimensions for all the PAS upgrade kits pcb. As some of you may have realized, you can use our PAS upgrade kits for ANY non PAS chassis builds. With other words, you can use these kits to build your very own stand alone tube phono line or both preamp. So by knowing the pcb d...

Re: Upgraded audio capacitors
the issue is space on the pcb. Most 'high end' caps are physically large, and just do not fit on the PAS pcb's. One possible option is AMTRANS, https://amtrans.asia/ a Japanese high end cap and resistor manufacturer. Most of their cap models are not ridiculously large yet offer a noticeable improvem...

Re: PAS-2 to Z-PAS
connect the turntable ground cable to the chassis. Try and find a suitable spot where you can use an existing chassis screw to connect that ground wire to.

Re: PAS-2 to Z-PAS
glad to hear that you are enjoying the Z-series PAS upgrade kits. Yes, they is no comparison to the original Dynaco circuits, like day and night. Not knocking the original Dynaco circuits, for the day and the quality of parts, compared to what is available these days, they were a very good performer...
