Looks very nice. I do like the black face plate. It would go very nicely with some exotic wood. But most importantly is how it sounds.

Holger, is this new ph20 board a direct replacement for the old ph10?
Is it an exact swap in terms of connections? I wonder if I should upgrade my current preamp with the new board.

It is a very fun project. Just take your time. I finished mine a couple of years ago. I dont think I took any pictures of the inside, but here is what it looks from the outside.

Anyone with ideas for upgraded preamp chassis? The old PAS style is getting a little tired. And the circuit boards are far from original dynaco designs. Also they ask for ridiculous prices for an old beat PAS chassis. Would anyone have a way to produce a modern alternative? Something more practical ...
