EA PAS Upgrade Kits Forum

Hi all,

I am selling this/my PAS upgrade kits business. I am way too busy with my custom builds business as well as being the North American distributor for Lundahl Transformers.
Everything that is part of this business, such as 100's of pcb's, some parts, all documentations, schematics, pcb designs, two complete new gen PAS chassis' and the full rights to these kits is included with this, plus some goodwill.
Gross sales are between $10K to $15K per year, so it is a good little side business. These figures could perhaps be more with some aggressive advertising.
My asking figure is well below the yearly gross sales, so there is no reason why the investment could not be paid back in 12 months of sales.

It would be a shame to just let this business disappear, but, if I am not able to sell it within a reasonable time, that is what will happen.

so the PAS upgrade business has been sold to Jon Yaeger. Some of you may know Jon from other audio forums.
We are in the middle of the handover, so it will take some time for Jon to get his end up and running, so please be patient and give Jon some time to get up and running.
For that reason, kits are not for sale for the time being.
As soon as Jon is up and running with his web pages, I will let you know.
