updated PAS upgrade kits web pages, added pcb dimensions

Hi all,
I have added pcb dimensions for all the PAS upgrade kits pcb.
As some of you may have realized, you can use our PAS upgrade kits for ANY non PAS chassis builds. With other words, you can use these kits to build your very own stand alone tube phono line or both preamp. So by knowing the pcb dimensions, you'll be able to work out the chassis size, layout etc..
Quite a few have already done this with great results.
